Transport For Flicka MUSTANG

SOS- PLZ SHARE-My brother who lives in VA is moving back to Texas the first week of Jan 2012 in about two weeks, We need to find a VET near Scottsville who can do the coggins and health certificate? What does this cost ball park and who can I call. I am in TX so not sure who to call, he does not have a trailer, I am taking my dad's stock trailer to go get them. HELP! Please.
